Membership:  At first thought I had set this site up to be a fee based membership, but as time has gone by, and realizing that I just do not have the time to produce a news letter, etc. at this stage in my life, I have decided to just reach out to those who would like to join as "members" of this site, on a no-fee basis.  However, anyone wishing to donate any funds to help me recover the expenses of keeping up the costs of the yearly domain name, non-profit state corporation fees, etc. that I put out of pocket, such donations would be greatly appreciated, and deposited into the Smiling Tigers Fund, with a receipt given for your tax-deductible charitable contribution.
